Terms & Conditions

1. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the requested information from him for the purchase of goods when:
– The delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the requests for purchase from the customer and this can be established through its usual inspection;
2. The right to return received goods under para. 1 shall not apply in the following cases:
– for delivery of goods and provision of services, the price of which depends on the fluctuations of the financial markets, which Epic Media Group Ltd. is not able to control;
– for delivery of goods, made according to the requirements of the consumer or by his individual order;
4. After receiving and paying for the goods, the Customer may advertise and seek a refund and refund of payment from another price in the following cases:
– If the goods have a significant defect or non-conformity, which cannot be established during a simple inspection of the goods;
– In the cases of art. 69, para. 3 of the LPPTA.

6. Conditions under which Epic Media Group Ltd. does not recognize a claim for a purchased product:
– In case of indicated incorrect, incomplete or wrong data for address, telephone number or name when submitting the application, it is considered that it is invalid and for Epic Media Group Ltd. there is no obligation for its implementation;
7. For the cases of refusal to receive the goods from the Customer, a protocol is drawn up at the time of delivery. If the Customer refuses to sign the protocol, it is assumed that his refusal to receive the goods is unfounded and he must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.
8. Epic Media Group Ltd. is obliged to refund to the Client in full the amounts paid by him not later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has exercised his right to withdraw from the contract. In case the payment is made with a bank card, the Refund is made by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made.
